Older Ultrasonic Documentation

I am trying out some tests with my older ultrasonic range finder, from parallax, and I was wondering if the documentation is still available anywhere...such as which pin (there are 5) is what.

The attached is NOT the Parallax documentation for the Polaroid ultrasonic board, which I suspect is what you have. It ought to give you what you need, however.

I believe the model is the "SRF04", which is written on the side of the PCB. After a more searching, I found this link http://www.parallax.com/dl/docs/prod/acc/28015.pdf
