I want to use a STAMP to measure Alpha, beta, theta and delta waves. Has anyone done this with a STAMP and if so please let me know.
Thanks
Kent

    linback -

Just to add a little CONTEXT to your message, are we speaking about electrical signals from an EEG type device, or some other sort of alpha, beta, delta and theta waves?

    Regards,

Steve Ciarcia did one of these for his Circuit Cellar series of articles in Byte magazine. You might google for it.

What are the wavelengths you want to 'measure'. And note that measuring frequencies typically requires using a Laplace transform, to transform varying voltages into the frequency domain. This is probably beyond a PIC. Ciarcia did it with a PC, in the 1980's, I believe.

And even then, I believe he limited himself to displaying voltage waveforms, not doing frequency analysis.
