The ONLY real solution is to GET UP and MOVE ABOUT.

I solve this problem by having a 1.5litre thermos bottle with tea(I like tea... a lot...), placed so that I have to get up from my chair to get to it. (Actually, my workspace is so cluttered that there's no room for the bottle...)

Not only do I have to move to get to the tea, but I also have to move regularly, when the tea wants back out...

I may have found your problem.....

"....then i say alright after this wire im stopping and watching tv..."

How about going for a walk, jog, bike ride etc?· The most productive engineers where I work are also the ones that exercise.

Sounds like an excellent project for the Stamp: a real time clock that measures pressure on the chair. After 2 hours, a warning sound of running water starts; if, in 10 minutes, your bladder hasn't gotten you to move, a dozen pager motors start vibrating the chair... soldering iron shuts off... parts drawer locks up. Two hours later the alarm resets, or by key--a stack of RF cards stashed a 15 minute walk away. Each card works once until all are used. You're in the business of building answers man, get to work! lol.gif

Shorten the interval to 1 hour and you have something.

After 1 hour, start pager motors, or even a bit bigger motors, for short bursts every few minutes.
After 1hur 55 minutes, sound a buzzer. If user then doesn't press a 'Disable' button conveniently located somewhere else within 5 minutes... switch off power...
