USB to stamp

I've seen many devices that can connect between a stamp and computer using USB but is there a device that will let a USB device (like a GPS puck) connect to a stamp (or propeller or sx)? Is this even a possibility?

PBASIC does not support USB host-mode, so the answer is no.
