SX/B Version 1.51 no new help file

I down loaded the SX/B upgrade 1.51 dated 7/24/06. unziped it and I did not find a new version of the help file. Is this right or did I miss something?

The SX/B Help file will install with the latest version of the SX-Key IDE.
