hi all,
just thought i'd share this pic with you...
have my linear transducer hooked up to the prop thru a ADC ( max1270) and in this pic i've jury rigged a stepper motor to raise and lower the rod of the transducer to simulate my mill head going up and down ( too hot outside) using this i'm writing a program to allow me to set mill height, and move the head to a specific point ( divide up into boards the remaining space, etc) stepper motor came off a printer, the pulley and cable off a scanner
