Artic 8 port ISA Adapter, & DIGI Board

Has anyone Interfaced with Artic 8 port ISA Adapter, & DIGI Board's with Propellers and BASIC Stamps. One I have came from a server the other (as well for a server) is a 4-port serial ISA adapter. I Think they are promising for multi-simultaneous stamp and propeller threading. On the server I'm tryin to setup, the Artic system is configured as a multi processor system i.e. a 186 processor.
But on a seperate system and not a server the card is not recognised. The DIGI board I got tonight under W3.1 but I don't know if I have the settings right. Does anyone have experience with these two boards and servers. And my server supplier says he has one that will work on WXP but I have not recieved it yet.
