1-wire support routines

1-wire support routines have been submitted to the object exchange and are enclosed below. The readme file briefly describes the low-level support routines and two demos are included. The first demo is a simple implementation of the Basic Stamp OWIN_OWOUT example for DS1822, and the second demo does a 1-wire network search and displays the address of all devices found. More example will be added in a couple of weeks. Note: the 1-wire support object will work with a system clock of 20 MHz or greater, and will automatically adjust to the system clock when started. The demos use vga-text or tv-text so they expect a 80 Mhz clock.
