How to control dc motors using bs2, but not using PMWPAL

Please anyone can help me to figure it out how to make a program not using the PMWPAL to control dc motors...
please help

Define control and the size of the motors. It can be as simple as HIGH and LOW but I suspect not.

I wanna be a ble to adjust the speed of motor.
the motor is a DC 7.2 V @ 175 RMP
