Initial value of REServed longs

Is there any guarantee about the value of registers reserved with the RES keyword?

Intuitively, it seems like it could be any "random" value, since the COG loads 496 longs from RAM, and it wouldn't know anything about registers that were reserved...

The documentation doesn't say anything about this.

all it is is a named register for use with assembly programs its value is the next piece of actual data in the dat or the next tidbit of code
