Radio location with STAMP (RF /Bluetooth?)

Has anyone done or know of any radio location projects done with the Stamp?
I'd like to be able to drop something from my bot, forget about it, and then go
find it again.
I was thinking maybe if the Bluetooth modules gave a signal strength you
could use that to locate a device with the rover.
