    THis is neat...
    The xmodem protocall you have could be usefull elsewhere, just need to make it an object...

    Could you modify your program to run in a basic VGA format (640x480) ?
    Seems they are a·lot of us with this basic VGA.

    Unfortunately, this won't be possible since a 640x480 display would require 38,400 bytes of RAM.

    Been meaning to play with some spair parts I've got laying around.

    If I ever get the dev. time I'd like to put a serial backpack on a SRAM chip.

    Is ram the only thing holding you back from 640x480 VGA?
