HC4LED Demo with SX/B 1.50

Okay, here is what everyone with the HC4LED modules has been waiting for...
This program has a routine named "DisplayValue" that will display a word value from -999 to 9999 on the HC4LED display. It will also blank the leading zeros (so 12 doesn't display as 0012).
Look this over even if you don't have the HC4LED modules because it's a good example of what can be done in SX/B 1.50.
