Ethernet Development board

I wanted to make a small embedded web server with inputs/outputs, and went rummaging through my junkbox. I found a Scenix SXB-EN01-02. It appears to power up, but of course I lost all CD's that came with it. I tried connecting it to my network, but it didn't get an IP address. I don't remember if I even left the code on it in a working state. It was over 5 years ago, and I fear I've forgotten nearly 100% of what I knew about this thing.·It's a Scenix (Ubicom) SX52BD, and a RTL8019AS. Does anyone have, or know where I can get, the CD's/Example code for this? Anyone know how this thing is programmed, and if it needs special software? Besides Ethernet, it's got a serial, and a 10-pin·"JVM" port.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I think this might have been called an SX Stack evaluation baord, or Ethernet Demo Board. Relevant links to Ubicom/Scenix are apparently long gone.

Also, any idea how to get these programs into this board?
These provide (pc) utilities to program the sx and upload eeprom contents.
Many of those files I once mailed to James Newton who put them on the page.
I have the SX-Stack Evaluation·Kit rev. 1.04 (may 2000) and the files are from its CD.
