Default Commands In Editor

I downloaded the STAMP editor onto a different computer, and did not see the default command set in the left pain as before.
This command set would change depending upon which STAMP I selected. I did not see an option in the preferences setup to display them.
Could someone tell me how to make them display? Thanks.

·· There is no 'command set' in the left pane.· The 'explorer' can be turned on/off using CNTL+E or selecting Show Explorer from the File Menu.· This is a list of files available to load into the editor.· By default it usually shows the created paths for the different BASIC Stamp Models, including sample source code.· Perhaps this is what you are referring to.·
