I just now downloaded the I2C Object. I've noticed in the past when I "Open" after clicking on the link that I get nothing, but if I do a "Save As" and then open it, it works great. Not sure why that is, especially since it doesn't do that on other Web sites. Just here in the forums.
Whatever code is generating the Object Library pages is buggy.
If your page is stale (i.e. coming from cache), the links will often be non-functional or may get you the wrong file. (This is because the links do some sort of Javascript trickery that uses the location of the link on the page. Somebody thought they were 1337.)
To fix, reload the page. I understand that IE sometimes lies about reloading, so try shift-reload (I think it's shift; the modifier keys on Windows seem essentially arbitrary).
