Run-time error 339 - Can't run program and need some help!

I installed SX-Key v. 3.1 (R2) in two computers, a Win2K and a WinXP. In both cases, I get this error:
Run-time error '339'
Component 'comdlg32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid."
In the Win2k box I installed some VB libraries, as someone suggested, but it didn't do anything. At this point, I need some help.

The error does not affect programming the SX chips.
