help controlling inputs

I have written a program for a BS2, and it seems to work.· All the·external parts are working fine, but the inputs keep reading random highs and lows.· I have the output of my circuit wired into pin 11, and depending on circumstances it reads either between -.5 to +.5 volts to around 3.5 volts.· while it sits at the values around zero, the pin reads some high and some low... how can I control this?

Any chance that you can post a sketch of your circuit?· How about uploading your program, too (as an Attachment)?

I figured out the problem... i was only measuring the DC voltage, and had a large AC voltage that I was unaware of. thanks for the help though.

It helps if you tie your inputs high or low using a resistor. That makes sure that when you don't have an input you will have a known value not a "floating" value.
