what are you supposed to do with "2-Sided Copper-Clad PC Boards"

Hey guys, I saw this at Radioshack, and was wondering what you're supposed to do with it (this is a noob question..):

I'm guessing you're supposed to etch away the copper to make a PC board, but how do you etch it away?

To make your own circuit board, you'll need to transfer your circuit to the copper-clad board with either rub-off lines and circles or a laser printer. Next you'll etch off all exposed copper with an etchant such as ferric chloride and rinse the board with water.
