Hey guys, I saw this at Radioshack, and was wondering what you're supposed to do with it (this is a noob question..):

I'm guessing you're supposed to etch away the copper to make a PC board, but how do you etch it away?

Thanks

To make your own circuit board, you'll need to transfer your circuit to the copper-clad board with either rub-off lines and circles or a laser printer. Next you'll etch off all exposed copper with an etchant such as ferric chloride and rinse the board with water. Lastly you'll remove the etch resist with laquer thinner and finally you'll drill the holes in the board. Here's one site that explains it all www.fullnet.com/u/tomg/gooteepc.htm
