CH2 of oscilloscope OPTAscope can not be zero calibrated

Can any one tell why·CH2 can not be zero calibrated following the parallax calibrate procedure?

This causes the run time error '5' to appear whenever CH2 probe is plugged and·the oscilloscope will then crushes.
