Roaming with ping and panscan without IR.

I made some modifications to the RoamingWithPING code so that the IR-sensors are no longer needed. Instead the BoeBot does a continously panscan, and if any obstacle is detected it scans for the clearest path.
I have my Pingservo mounted the opposite direction of the standard kit so you may have to change right with left in the code to get it to work properly.
Anyway, here it is.
