IGBT question

··· Guys I have a project that I want to use IBGT transistors to control the power, the problem I have is getting the 15V gate voltage to the IGBT does anyone have a charge pump type of curcuit to help me out? I have a basic stamp controlling a 4N25 optoisolator that controls the 15V gate voltage I have comming from a voltage regulator that is feed from my powersupply, but I want to be able to run it off a·12V battery when it is complete.
