Well, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but the attachment manager is not cooperating.· Then I tried to·cut and paste, but that doesn't work either.· The file size of one picture is 726k.
The attachment manager will only permit certain file types. You didn't mention what file type you were using, or if you received an error message. If worse comes to worst, you can always ZIP it and then attach it I guess.
Hello Jeff
I have recently been tinkering with making "beer" ethanol from various stocks and was considering an attempt at automating a small fermenter/still,using my BS2. Is your project something similar? Sure would like to see some photos
No, my project is for the bot to bring me a beer. (my wife is getting tired of doing it) ((just kidding))· I am having some problems attaching the pictures.
That's always the goal ain't it?·· I've been working on a fetching program using the gripper I tweaked with to grab larger objects.· It depends how you want it to do it.· From the fridge or from the ground.

write what you're showing in the empty box
At the bottom, you'll see a link box, [noparse][[/noparse]Attachment Manager]
click it.
Choose browse, navigate to, and select the photo. Click [noparse][[/noparse]Okay] on the dialog box.
When back to the attachment manager box, click [noparse][[/noparse]Upload]
the file should upload, and list in the dialog box. DO NOT CLICK DELETE!
Simply close the manager dialog box, and go back to the message box, and click [noparse][[/noparse]SUBMIT] at the bottom..
It SHOULD show as a miniature of the photo, when you read the message..
When someone clicks on the miniature, it will open into a new box, of the photo.
Example follows this message..
(Okay, maybe the external battery was overkill.)
Yes, that is exactly what I'm doing, but as the image is loading it never completes the upload.· I get the upload dialog box, but it's blank.· It is almost like a time out problem.
Can a firewall prevent the upload from completing?·
Hi Jeff,
If you are still having trouble uploading your pictures I would reccomend using a picture storage site. Then just use the [noparse][[/noparse]*IMG] http://yoururlhere.com[noparse][[/noparse]/IMG*] tags and put the url of your image in them.
*Note: take out the * when using IMG tags
