Toddler clone?

This "new" robot looks almost exactly like the Toddler.
Does Parallax know about this?

Yes, it does look strikingly like the Toddler. Some minor design changes can be seen.

The legs in the ebay item look more like a Toddler that the original post. But $400.00 !?!?
