That will cut very small amounts of thin metal?

I found this place, but they don't do metal.

The stuff I have is .013" thick titanium for a robot of mine, but the part I need is so small all the waterjetting companies are ignoring me.

Thanks

The first company I worked at had a machinist shop, with two machinists.· I brought thus & sundry down there all the time, ordinary stuff, however there was this one machinist who'd really let the boy-scientists "have it".· They'd strut down with their drawing and...· I remember a couple of times --·once, this boy-scientist asks how soon he can have it and the guy said, "as soon as you show me how to do it" and another time another boy-scientist asked, "what do you think?" and he pointed to the lathe with his thumb·and said, "help yourself."

Talk to Joel or possibly Matt, either way, I spoke with them a couple months back and they were willing to cut small quantities (single runs) from DXF files. They would quote via email per your drawing. Let us know how you come out as I am unsure·if titanium cuts on one of these machines, never seen it done.

A couple years back, I wanted to copy a logo in stainless steel and also tried laser cutters.· I did find a guy who was a wire EDM (electrical discharge machining) programmer and operator.· I suggest you in the yellow pages under machine shops for some that might to EDM.· I paid the guy $100 for my parts (20)

For thin sheetmetal parts there is also chemical etching.
