8 years in the making and the Propeller has officially shipped! Great job Parallax. I ordered the Propstick, which I won't get for a few days, but I have to admit that I'm really looking forward to using this new chip. I've downloaded the docs (someone stole Chapter 3!) and the IDE. The IDE looks great so far, very user friendly.

It isn't often that a company really stretches boundaries of an industry/hobby, but this chip does it.

I second your applause. Being a Beta tester I hadn't really considered this a banner day, but you are correct, this is the 1st day this new venture into embedded control is widely available. May 1, 2006. Congrats are very much in order!
