G-Meter problem

Attached is a schematic of a board I just built. Please take a look and see what I did wrong. The G-Meter isn't working, it is a MEMSIC 3125 surface mount. If I take another G-Meter (Parallax type) and connect to the STAMP using jump wires...it works correctly. Please advise, thank you
