Cyclone 100 FastPack with parallax example code.

I know this is quite old, but I have a problem with getting the parallax example code to work with.

My cyclone is the ep1c3t100c7, the one on the parallax fastpack.


Here is the Quartus II output I have the latest version of QuartusII

When I open the parallax example file, it gives me an error that I am loading an old file and that it will be converted to the newer quartus version.
I then get these errors.

How do I fix them?

Well the parallax program example works even with those above warnings. I guess as I learn more about this thing I may get what those are saying.
