Basic stamp & RFID Module

Hello All,

I am at the begining stages of this project. I would like to find out the signal strength when a rfid tag is close enough to the reader. I assume this strength will go up or down depending on how far the RFID tags are from the reader.

That was simple enough to say! BUT how do i do this?

I downloaded a spec sheet for the EM4095. Pins 3 and 6 are the antenna drivers. Can i hook these up to a oscilloscope and visually check the amplitude of the signal as i move the RFID tags closer or further from the reader.

I hope someone more knowledgeable can help me out with this. I would really appreciate it.
