Touch screen controller

Does anyone have advice for me about using an SX52 as a controller for a 4-wire resistive touch screen?

I just tried to find a lcd touch screen on saw the other day on Ebay, but could not find the link.

The point I wanted to make is that most of these screens are serial devices.
If you study SX serial communications then you should be able to work most screens.
Same applies to the 4 wire screens I just Googled.

Thanks, I found a controller on Mouser for about $3 that looks like it will do the trick.
