Ken Gracey: Beau, Jon and everyone who is part of what makes Parallax what it i

I just wanted to post a thankyou to Key Gracy for his generosity in sending me two propellers and a usb3ser, as well as everyone else at Parralx.· Some months ago, when I purchased my first stamp and board, I never relized I was buying into somthing much bigger then a company and it's products.· The folks (all of them), at Parallax care about their products, and the poeple who use them.· No, I didn't JUST purchase some hardware,·I introduced myself into and was accepted into something much bigger; a family.· A family of people who care about the success of·all using their products.· As witnessed here in all the forums, as well as on the phone, and now my experiencing their generosity first hand.

Often has been the time when I witnessed someone posting a question in any of the forums, and someone from the "stamp" community answers in short time.· I only wish 1/10 of my clients responded in such a timly mannor.· To Ken, Beau (pronounced Bow, I'm so embarresed!), Jon and everyone at Parallax;· I wouldn't change a single thing about the way you do business.· And to the community here in the forums:· It takes someone special to give of them selves to all who ask,·you also are what is the spirit that is found and is part of what makes these forums so great.

I think a good indication of what a great company Parallax is would be the fact that the employees are helping people in this forum at 11 o'clock on Friday night. People don't do that if they aren't passionate about what they're doing and who they're doing it for. I'm very glad I discovered this little piece of the world.

    a usb3ser

Cool. So is that one more than a usb2ser? It must be the one Spinal Tap uses. smile.gif

A great bunch of fun-loving· people with a lot of patience toward beginners.

I can't wait for my Propellers -- they have become a daily pre-occupation. Nonetheless, I know that the waiting will only prove to be very worthwhile.

I just keep thinking that I should be reading more linguistics than electronics. My friends are beginning to wonder what happened to the English teacher?
