using a 555 timer

Hello,

Does anyone have some code for reading time from a 555 timer? I'm looking to just read time from 1/100ths of a second to minutes (but just give me what you have, and I'll adapt it).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A 555 time is not an RTC; when configured in astable mode it outputs a pulse stream based on the RC components on its inputs. With Google you'll find a TON of information on 555 circuits.
