PCB design

Hello,
I have tried the PCBExpress and I can't see a way to print the final circuit so I can make a custom PCB for my sx project. I found the software overkill. Is there any simple PCB design software to buy or shareware that I could use to design my sx projects with? I have made a few PCB by hand but must be an easier way?

Eagle Lite might work for you, but I think it's far more complicated than ExpressPCB.· BTW, ExpressPCB gives away their software so they can make money on the other end of the process.
