Hello again, I've been looking at this schematic @ http://www.parallax.com/dl/docs/prod/schem/bs2revf.pdf
and I don't understand several terms. If you do know then, please respond.

I am currently working on a homebrew BS2, and I just don't want to miss anything.

Can you please describe the following terms, or where I can find them:

SOUT
SIN
ATN
VSS
RES
VIN
VDD

Thnaks a lot

SOUT - RS232-compatible output to the PC (used mainly by DEBUG/SEROUT)
SIN -·RS232-compatible input from the PC (used for programming, DEBUGGIN/SERIN)
ATN - used by the PC to reset the Stamp for reprogramming
    Vss - ground
RES - Reset input (pulled-up on the module)
Vin - Voltage input to onboard regulator
    Vdd - regulated +5v
