anyone know of a small BS2 board?

Hello, I'm looking for a small BS2 board that has a width of around 2.5" (the one Parallax makes it slightly too big). Anyone know of such a board (possibly made by a 3rd party)?

    Do you mean the carrier board? Or the actual Basic Stamp?

    You might be able to use a Dremel tool to hack the carrier board to your desired size.

    So.. then it will look like a piece of Smile :P. Just like all my other projects. Gotta love a dremel. On another note. You may just want to make your own carrier board :P

    Take a look at Lynxmotions Next Step or ABB boards.

    They both measure around 2 1/4" x 3"

    I have a couple of each and think they are pretty handy.

    The BS2 Carrier board is 2.6 inches wide www.parallax.com/detail.asp?product_id=27120

    If that's too big, you could always make your own version on a Radio Shack prototype board. As you can see from the picture above, there's not much on the BS2 Carrier board except for a 24 pin socket, 2 caps, a pushbutton switch, DB9 connector and a 9V battery clip.
