IR emulator wanted

I want my Tivo to control a satelite box that is not listed in the the tivo menu.· i only need 12 commands emmulated: channel up, channel down, and the digits 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.· The tivo box has a mini plug that powers a slave ir emitter.· So the output of any circuit built also needs to drive a slave ir emitter.· Anyone interested in building such a device for me?· I'd do it myself but I only know enough about basic stamps to know that this might be a possible application.

    It's not likely to be possible with a BASIC Stamp due to timing requirements -- probably better suited for the SX.
