[OT]D-Link is DDOSing NTP-Servers.

Yes, I know this is really, really off-topic, but I figure that it's such a serious issue and probably affects quite a few Stampers, so...
Most D-Link wireless accesspoints and routers are by default set to use NTP (Network Time Protocol) to keep their internal clock going, which is good... What is bad is that they have a hardcoded list of servers in the firmware to use as default... What is EXTREMELY BAD is that this list contains mostly 'Stratum-1' NTP-servers, and as it is, the Danish one may have to go offline as the maintainer can't afford to pay the extremely high bandwidth fees incurred.
Note: A Stratum-1 server is on the level with the 13 DNS Root-servers on the net, and is NOT supposed to be used by end-user equipment.

So, if you have D-Link equipment, please contact your ISP and get the address of a NTP-server that is OK to use. (Most ISPs have a NTP-server)

Kaos Kidd, if you are in fact pointing to GPS.dix.dk for your NTP server, you are just demonstrating your lack of responsibility, cool kids don't abuse resources. Although I am not sure what "gtime for w2k server" is, if it even is....lol
