No·that's fine Bean I didn't take anything the wrong way! It would have been nice if in the help file it would tell of the for next 255 limitation especially if you were to use it as a loop delay or pause.
I used to love to program and of coarse things change. I had a friend that i met from one of the websites i frequent that helped me out with Visual Basic. It is hard to find programs for reference when nobody is doing what i want to do code wise anyway.
The subroutine that is used with SX I am used to calling the subroutine then having to do a return statement. But like i said i will get used to it and I will be ok. Paul and i are working on a project and·I will need to learn more with the SX and I2C. I will need to control the SX from the computer through the USB port as a coprocessor then I2C to I/O expander board that also can run PWM. We have a pretty big task ahead of us. Paul has been very gracious in helping me out, at least i could learn some programming on the SX. I will have to do all the programming on the computer side which i have some of that programmed from a while back. I want to learn XML Serialation so if anybody is good with Visual Basic and XML Serialation let me know(need help)!
Hopefully you hadn't taken me the wrong way either Bean, I'm really a pretty good guy with alot of ideas and just needing a way to make them happen.
Kevin

Yeah, microcontroller BASIC is somewhat different that GWBASIC.
Your right SX/B (in the current version) only allows loops up to 255.
Don't take my comment the wrong way, I don't know your skill level.
I have a hard time getting my ideas across to others, please don't take it personally.
Keep trying stuff and asking questions, that's what this forum is all about.
Bean.
