saving 2 serial command strings to a BS2sx

could someone tell me the easiest way to store 2 serial strings, <KL1> & <KL2> from a pc to a BS2sx and then once stored and the BS2sx alone ,,send·one with the activation of one·pin and send the other with the activation of another pin. please,, this is to change parameters in a upc scanner.
