Here are a couple of Ready-to-Go RS-232 solutions using MAX232 that I found on ebay.· With these you could have serial comm with your device AND keep your programming port (HWB, BOE, et al.) free for DEBUGging.· They're fully connectorized for easy STAMPification.· The first has SMD and the second has DIP.·
