How do I format text in posts?

Hi,

I'm trying to keep the same formatting in my posts as I can see in my BS Editor.

I was told to change the font.

The problem is, I can't see where I have to select a different font.

Here's a print-screen of what I see when I edit or reply to a post.

Where do I have to click?

See the red oval in the image below?· That's where you can change the font of selected text.

    Thanks Jon,

Now I'm sure about something: I don't have the same screen as you have (see attached screen shot in my previous message).

If somebody knows why, I'll appreciate some infos.

    ... at least, I'm not blind smile.gif

NB: I have tried to use different browsers such as IE6, NetScape, Opera and FireFox and I can't get the same sceen a Jon in any case.

Jon's pic is what is shown for Internet Explorer, all other browsers show the form you posted. And you're correct I don't see a corresponding font box in yours, perhaps you can use embedded html to change fonts.

    Hi Paul,

    You're right.

I must have been trying almost all the browsers I have... but IE6!!!

So now it is clear: the apperance of the forum's editor is affected by the browser used.

    Thank you.
