BS2-IC - Bluetooth project?

Is it possible to develop a Bluetooth project in a [url=mailto:BS@-IC]BS2-IC[/url]·that could communicate with a Pocket PC?

    Look at the documentation for the Toothpick <http://www.parallax.com/detail.asp?product_id=30076>. The manufacturer has Pocket PC programs that allow you to monitor/change parameters in the Toothpick that the Stamp can also access. You can also set up a serial channel from the Stamp via Bluetooth using standard Bluetooth conventions.

    It seems that the toothpick device lacks information, could you help me out where to acquire additional information about developing this product?
