BS1 - how do I expand the data memory exactly?

Hello,

I'm working on a project which needs very few I/Os (BS1 would be okay) but a little more (would need 2KB) memory for DATAs.

Reading the FAGs (page 13), it sais that you can expand memory on BSs.

Yes, but how? Somebody got an example please (schematic + programing)?

You can't expand the program memory on a Basic Stamp. I suggest switching to a Basic Stamp 2 or one of it's larger brothers (BS2e, BS2px, etc).

If you look in our original BS1 App Notes (available in the Documentation section of our web site) there is an EEPROM project -- you might try that.
