out of RAM

Greetings,
I am working a BSEpe microcontroller and I came to the point where I used up all of the RAM.
I was told I could use the uMMC Data Storage Module from Robotics Rogue
I wanted to know what I should do to extend my RAM using the uMMC
It comes with sample codes with extensions like ".osc" I'm not sure how to work with it now
