Need example codes on keypad entries

Are there any example projects or codes on keypad entries that are not matrix?· I am looking to find some help on storing keypad entries using a microcontroller.· The EEPROM should·record the·number associated to each key entered.· But, the keypad that I am working with is not of a matrix type.· I find numerous examples and sample codes associated with matrix keypads but none that has a different structure in the keypad.· Can somebody help me please.

OK, well... what kind of keyboard are you meaning?

Is it just a few switches ganged together or what?· If so, then just use the BUTTON command for them.

Try my code that allows for 10 pushbuttons and takes a reading of the first 4 pushbuttons pressed and displays it in DEBUG.
