    The solutions are available only to instructors. If you're not an instructor, that can be frustrating. Here is the best solution I can give you for now: I suspect you'll be pretty sure of most of your answers, and there will only be a few thorns. Please feel free to post any solutions you are unsure about here, and we can look them over and decide if we agree.
