Can't get the correct readings

Im still trying to get the correct measurements for salinity
Attached is the circuit and the code I've been trying to use.· I know that the conversion to Salinity is missing but All I get out of this is zeros.· When I put a·resistor in place of the probe I get a result value other than zero.· But when I hook up my probe and put it into water I get Zero.·
Any Ideas?
