Problem with an Algorithm

I would Like to know if i anyone could help cause y really don't know where is he mistake.
The idea is get the tag and the time of an rfid acces on Excel día RFID. i'm using a bs2 and the parallax's rfid reader module.

It's easier if you attach code to the message instead of pasting it into a message.· When pasted the code loses all it's formatting and it's harder to read.· As an attachment it can be easily loaded into the Stamp Editor.

·· I have the code, but I don't see anything in your code that pertains to the time (Which would require an RTC) or Excel.· What exactly are you trying to do?

I only want that when a person uses his·rfid tag , I remain registered in the table of Excel, which presents the time and the tag number (or user name).
·
I guess that with [noparse][[/noparse]"DATA,TIME," i could obtain·the time (system time)···
