Using SX Tech board with StampInClass tutorials?

Is there any way to convert the course work from the Stamp In Class courses for using the SX Tech board and the IDE? Is there a simple converter or guide for what works with SX/B and the BasicStamp Basic? Thanks for any pointers.
(BTW, I am mostly trying to get some good experience using sensors and the Oscilloscope)
