I want to try out some of the projects contained in the following link:

http://www.parallax.com/sx/downloads.asp#Application

But there are only source code samples. I couldn´t find any implementation circuit there. Can they be found anywhere else ?

The link you provided doesn't specify which application note you are refering to, which ones in particular are you looking at? The ones that have a posted schmatic have an accompanying PDF file. Ask if there is one which doesn't have one that you want a sample schematic for.

Ok it took a little scrounging, but I found this document for the Parallax SX Demo Board, which was one of the boards the code you pointed to was written for: http://www.mite.cz/sxfiles/sx_demo_.pdf·on the third page it shows the circuit for analog I/O, I can't say what the value for the resistors (rectangles) and the capacitor is, someone at Parallax may be able to tell you.
